  • Not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission

4. Intellectual Property

  • Payment is required before audiobook delivery
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary based on file size and complexity
  • We will notify you of any significant delays
  • Final audiobook files will be delivered via secure download link

8. Quality and Revisions

  • Minor revisions may be included in the original quote
  • Major revisions may incur additional fees

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We protect your uploaded files and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Files are deleted after project completion unless you request retention.
